Down Down Songs:
Down-downs serve both as rewards and punishments.  The offender/beneficiary has to down a Sands beer in one.  A song is sung to encourage the culprit/benefactor and cue his drinking. After the completion of a Down-Down Song the words “drink it down, down, down … “ are sung and the accused/rewarded Hasher consumes his or her beer.   As well as the ones below, here are some great ones from the Freemantle Hash Hymnal.
